Joseph David Murphy

I am a husband, father, and speaker living in Central Florida with my wife Sandra. I speak and write in both English and Spanish.

I spent many years trying to tell everybody about the One who can save anybody. Then God, in His mercy, opened my eyes to the fullness of what I was trying to say.

I am a sinful man, saved by the only good man before my heavenly Father, and He calls me, of all people, friend! Amazing grace, indeed!

It is my undeserved privilege and pleasure to point people to the only person worth mentioning in a conversation, my Lord and God, Jesus Christ. He is my everything. I hope you know Him. And if you do not know Him yet, dear friend, I hope He will make Himself known to you.

My writing and my speaking try to point people upward and forward.

"Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ." (Titus 2:13)

I will never ask you to sow a seed, send a tithe, or buy blessed water. If you've been hurt by someone who did those things in Christ's name, I'm sorry. I mean that. But I am a tentmaker, albeit a digital tentmaker and from time to time I will make tents; a book, a song, a product I've made with my own hands. That is honest work, not merchandise.
